hello All,

Because of h1b issues, my employer is planning to move me to Canada.

Can someone guide me the process.

What do you mean move to Canada, they are applying for an Inter company transfer to. Canadian subsidiary ? You cannot of course simply be moved to Canada without due process to get a work permit.

Yes it is inter company transfer. Can you please let me know how many days the process will take?
