Need help, I made a mistake in my PR application post ITA

I am Dec 1 AOR, in PR application, in Personal Activities section, there is a question, have you listed all periods of military service or govt positions (if any) and all of the organisations that you belong to.. I have said 'yes'.. I haven't served in military, but i thought the answer to this question should b yes. Which I have been told now that is incorrect answer.. I should have marked NO..

My eligibility hasn't started yet according to cic customer service..
1. What should I do now? Should I raise a CSE and mention I made a mistake in this question? If yes, what should I mention in description?
2. Will my answer be modified by that?
3. Will this delay my application?

I’m just about to submit my application as well but am confused about this question. I’m wondering if I should answer yes since I’m interpreting that when it’s asking of all organizations its also refering to student organizations at university- but I’m not sure if that’s the case. Is it only referring to military/govt organizations?

I’m leaning towards answering yes since I mentioned my student organization.

What did they ask you for? How did you proceed since it’s been about a month now? Hope I can learn from your experience
