I can not post the links here. For that reason I copied the information I found in CIC Help Center:

Can I count work experience that was part of my education toward the work requirement?
No. Co-op terms and apprenticeships completed before graduating do not count as skilled work experience. They are considered part of an educational program.

The work experience you can use to apply for the Canadian Experience Class must not have been gained while studying full time on a student permit (for example, experience gained while on a co-op work term).

CIC does not consider experience during study. Your experience is less than 1 year (April 2016-till date).

But, it would be better to ask help from any experienced one

How many hours a week and for how many years?

Primary NOC is the issue. There is a question in EE "What NOC you became eligible after this degree" or something like this, I forgot.

Just mention your primary NOC there.

Suppose you are Civil engineering M.SC. and that belongs to 2131 as NOC.

But according to your work exp you have 5 years of CIVIL ENGG TECHNOLOGIST i.e. 2231 experience.

So, In your education tab, you need to mention 2231 as your primary NOC though you are Civil engineering (2231) degree holder.

Try this. Thanks

Full time hrs 36.5
I have completed btech in nov 2008

Studied masters from may 2011 to june 2012 in UK

As per CIC

What do you mean by Primary Occupation?
Your primary occupation means the job you have experience in (within the last five years) and want to base your immigration application on, if you are invited to apply.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1007&top=

if an applicant has not worked as IT, how can he select NOC for IT.

I never worked in IT department.

I have 3.7 years of work experience in NOC 1211 and 7 months of work experience in NOC 1223.

Employment requirement for NOC 1211 is Completion of secondary school is required.

NOC 1223 & 1211 falls under NOC B category.

THIS is very interesting and helpful. My fsw in my career NOC was just over 5 years ago.
I am curious if this would be grounds for rejection and if so, I should adjust my primary NOC to my more recent skilled noc. (wildly different to my career).

Any experts in this forum who can assist????

We did... Did you try changing your primary noc to one you have had more than 1 year of experience in?

Is it eligible if you change you primary noc to 1211?
