I got a work permit from an employer(hair salon) just this month as a Hairstylists.
I read about FSW and I think I can apply for that with AEO point(because now I'm working).
and Hairstylists is NOC 6271 is skilled level B, right?

so, am I eligible for apply FSW or not?
I'm worried about because one of my friends told me that a hairstylists is not eligible for FSW...

or is there any BEST way for me to immigrate?

Thanks guys!

Bro,

With an AEO u r always eligible for FSW. Check the CIC website on the eligibility clause.

Regards.

ok thax
then when can I apply for FSW?
As I said I just got a work permit, do I have to work certain time under this employer to apply for FSW with AEO option?
for this AEO option, what do I have to do? He promised to support me when I have a chance to apply for immigration.

Thax man.

if u had 2 yrs Canadian experience, u could apply under CEC. obviously u don't as ur AEO / WP is new. thus, ur best bet is FSW.

for FSW, u can apply anytime. the best is NOW...

there is difference between AEO and LMO. if u got work permit its mean that it is LMO and on behalf of this u can't apply for immigraton.

your best bet is to go there and work for 2 years then u can apply under CEC and by any chance u can't apply under this then FSW is open for u
