You can be sitting on "Medical results received" for months.

Next you should see application received. That may be last update til decision made.

ECAS says they recieved my application on September I guess timeline varies to determine decision made..huh?

No one knows how eCAS works... even eCAS

Seriously, it is pretty variable regarding eCAS updates. Zardoz is correct, this could be your last update for awhile. Since your application was received 2 months ago, you probably have a long wait until your next update.
