Need help got asked by embassy to send fbi clearance applying for student visa

Is there anyone that has the same problem i have?.
I went to states for internship and now applying for student visa in canada. I was not expecting that the embassy will ask for fbi clearance in states because i am from Philippines and applying for student visa.
Now they are giving me 30 days to submit all requirements but upon checking on fbi processi g take

Yes i did. But i dont understand why i am the only one being asked because i have co interns as well same situation as i had, they had an internship there for 12 mons, but i am the only one being asked for it.
