Thanks a ton @cansha. I'm working on getting all other documents together now. Hoping it goes through this time. Fingers crossed. There are many people who move work experience later to personal activities on FSW applications and it doesn't matter. I don't see any reason why it should matter in MPNP application as the CRS score is not changing.
Not sure what you mean by earlier application. But, in any case you will still list your previous work experience in "Personal History". It is just that anything listed under work history requires proof as per IRCC guidelines and if not needed to maintain CRS score you can always move it to Personal History.
Just check one more thing that your score on 6 factors doesn't fall below 67. CRS maxes out at 3 years but score on 6 factors maxes out at 6 years. I highly doubt that even if you take experience at 3 years it will fall below 67 for you but just check. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/federal-skilled-workers/six-selection-factors-federal-skilled-workers.html
One question, for POF can I get the money from Spouse and show a gift deed? Planning to use one of the formats I found on Canada Visa...
Thanks in advance for all your help.
Best,
