1 amount.

2- Should I send all my original Documents or attested photocopies with notary public? and what documents will be required to send original.?

Read the Islamabad visa specific check list. See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37020.pdf

3- In the form IMM 008 (Scheduled 3 Page No. 1 Question No. 5) they asked about my First official langaue and second official language? so My first official langauge is Urdu but in the form there are two option just English and French so Where should i marked?

They want the Canadian language, so is your first Canadian language English or French. Note you will probably require an IELTS test result to accompany your application.

4- In the form IMM 008 (Scheduled 3 Page No. 2 Question No. 11) Should i start from my Recent job details or my First job?

Start from present job and work backwards.

5- In the form IMM 008 (Scheduled 1 Page No. 1 Question No. 8) My mother Family Name at birth Was "Parveen" and after married become "Ahmed" because my father name is Muhammad Ahmed so which one should I write?

Parveen was her surname right.

6- In the form IMM 008 (Scheduled 1 Page No. 1 Question No. 11) What type of information should I provide in this question.

Exactly what it is says, dates working, dates travelling etc.

Your prompt reply will be highly appreciated.

candid you asked help from an expert and PMM is no doubt the best we highly value his comments but i would like to add a few things here as many of my friends have gone through the process from islamabad and so am i now ]
1. you will make bank drafts for all three of you together means one only
2.you dont need to send the original doc at this stage send photocopies whichr notarized
3.you have to tick english as you official language as in pakistan english is used
4. start from ur recent job details , you have to write in descending order
5. you will write ur mothers present family name not her maiden name unless they ask so
6. you will tick english which is obvious from ur message that u can communicate in english however you also have to provide proof of english through a test of ILETS which is upto you when u give it before sending application or later when they ask you
good luck !!!!

If this is the initial application to CIO-Sydney, follow the document checklist for that:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.PDF

If you have already applied to CIO and have received a request to submit a full application, then follow this checklist:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37023.pdf

If you don't know what I'm talking about, start from the beginning and read all the instructions :)

Yes

3. In Q20. where it asks that "where you intend to live in canada" can I mention any state though my bro. lives in toronto.

You can mention any province except Quebec (different application).

4 in additional family information it asks "i certitfy that i do nto have a spouse or common law partner, exspouse, or former common law partner" though I am divorced and we didn't have any childeren should i sign it or not.

I'm smiling because this form gave me trouble too, because I am divorced also. In Section A, you are asked to list your spouse or common-law partner. Since I am divorced, I put N/A because I do not have a spouse. But then, Note 1 tells you, if you don't have a spouse you have to sign the statement. But the statement is different- it asks you to certify that you don't have a spouse or ex-spouse. So I couldn't sign the statement either. What to do?

I can only tell you what I did - I don't know what the "correct" solution is, since it seems like the form has an error.

On the signature line, I wrote "See attached". Then I attached a separate sheet of paper with a statement that although I have no spouse, I do have an ex-spouse. I included the same information requested on the form for a spouse (name, date of birth, address, etc.), and signed and dated that statement.

5. In the application form where it asks about the "uncencumbered, non- transferable funds " how much i should mention

How much do you have? If it is just you, you will need to demonstrate proof of a minimum of $11,086 on the full application.
