Need help for visa rejection under SPP

I applied for study permit under SPP on 18 Aug 2014 and my visa rejected on 22 Aug 2014.Other reasons was given for visa rejection that Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of:Your qualifications etc..the reason was not clear.and My freind who also applied with me for same,his visa was granted.his and my documents were same and we both applied for same college and at the same day.why my visa was rejected and his visa was granted.

IELTS- Overall 6.5
Done advanced diploma in 3d animation after 12th
Applied for graduate certificate in 3d animation at fanshawe college
Their is no gap in my studies.
Had a GIC account
Paid 1st term fees.
course was of 8 months.course start date-2 sep 2014

First of all Please mentioned ur friend's details too so that we can tell u about this ...exactly why it has happend..!

If u dont want to share his details..Just Ask for
Caips notes from CIC . It has some charge near about 15 to 25 dollars.. Then they will give explaination for ur Visa Rejection then bY overcoming the mentioned reason u can easily apply for the next intake and Hope u will get ur visa..!!
