It won't work that way as cash is not considered as legit earnings. You would want to receive payments through bank or checks. Otherwise it won't help for your visa application.

Also, hope the tuition you earn is in-line with the normal tuition fees paid to private tutors

Yes it is a normal fee. $12 CAD per hour and they study 3hrs a day with me.. 3 students

You may want to have a contract drawn up. More along the lines of a document that will be accepted by the visa office as a legit source of income

You mean I'll ask a contract from the parent? Because I dont know how long do they want me to teach them. I'm only going to their house on weekends and some free days on week days.
