Hello guys!
Today I got the gcms notes I requested. I was just having a hard times understanding it enough.. Can someone help me please? I need other opinions to know if I understand it right.
Here's the notes :

" I have reviewed the applications. Aps have insufficient proof of financial resource to evidence their stable income. With their limited financial status and travel history, they have not satisfied me that they have been fully established. Their ties and motivation to leave Cda is insufficient. The applications are, therefore, refused.

Any ideas, suggestions and opinions will be highly appreciated. Thank you so much.

You'll need to provide more information.

How much money did you show to support your visit and what evidence did you provide?

What evidence did you provide to show ties to your home country?

Basically they do not seem you are fully established in the country you applied from, and have little motivation to go back. They were not satisfied with your financial situation, seems like your bank balance is not reflective of your income.

Basically, the GCMS notes mean you did not provide adequate proofs to prove you have stable income + your finances are limited + no travel history. This proves that you have not established ties to the country where you are residing. As such you don't have any strong reasons to leave Canada.... and you were, therefore, refused

Thank you very much guys for explaining.. It helps me a lot to understand the notes.

@scylla I showed $5,000 CAD for 2 weeks visit and provided my bank statement and for ties I have my stable job here and mentioned I have my youngest sister here living alone so Im also guiding her here.. I forgot to include a letter of my rented apartment.

@Jets13. Yes I only mentioned my job here which Im getting paid of $850 CAD monthly but did not include my extra income outside my workplace and I deposited more than my salary amount in some months from my bank statement which I think the reason why they suspected my financial resources.

@Bryanna Thank you for the clear explanations. I prepared a letter of explanation already for the travel history that I don't travel often because of the nature of my job that we don't really have a vacation unless we ask for leave but no pay.

You should try to save up some more before you reapply.

Your employment does not pay well. That's why you must prove you have other strong ties to return to your home country.

It's okay if you have not traveled to any other country. Not everyone has previous travel history before they visit Canada

I agree with all of Bryanna's comments above. Also, based on your previous posts, it looks like you may have a spouse who is Canadian. If that's the case, that increases the chances of refusal since IRCC knows you have plans on remaining in Canada long term. I would recommend you forget about the TRV and focus on submitting an outland PR sponsorship application.

Ahh I missed that.

@Katt: scylla is right. Reapplying for another TRV won't possibly work. Do start the spousal PR application in case you haven't already done so

@Bryanna I have an extra income outside my job which pays me more than my salary.. Its a tutorial and I already got a letter from the parent for when I reapply.. They're paying me $1000-$1,200 CAD monthly..

@scylla No, I dont have a spouse. Just girlfriend. We were dating for 3 years but met in person for 3 times only.. I am taken but never been married. Hehe

Hope they are paying you through checks or bank transfers + and it should be consistent over several months

They started studying with me just last year in november and they pay me right after I teach them by hand but the parent mention to the letter how much they pay me per hour.

It won't work that way as cash is not considered as legit earnings. You would want to receive payments through bank or checks. Otherwise it won't help for your visa application.

Also, hope the tuition you earn is in-line with the normal tuition fees paid to private tutors
