need help for the job title please!

Hi all,

I am an international student. I graduted from 1 year progam in ON. I got the PGWP and started to work in December 2012 till now. My PGWP will be expired in Oct.
but my employer doesnt want apply LMO for me so I am looking for an employer who can grant me a LMO. And I have 2 options which I dont know which one should I go for
1/ Work for a restaurant
2/ Work for a cheque cashing/ payday loan store which just open not even a year.

I am looking for a job which has job title fall under skill type B CAUSE skill type B usually require College educaion with diploma/certificate only.

My questions are:
1/ If I work for the restaurant, what job title can I get from there? and Is it easy to get a positive LMO if work for the restaurant?
2/ If I work for the cheque cashing/loan store, what job title can I get? and the year of business will effect on the decision or not?

Seniors and friends who already experience this please give me a guide. I will be more than appreciate it.

Your challenge will be choosing a job that has a relevant title, but also the duties. It's the duties that matter. There are infinite job titles, but only a fixed number of duties that are applicable.
What are your options, specifically? What jobs are available to you in each of the two places you listed?

both job are available.

I can ask the emloyer to put the duties which match with the job title in NOC list.

Beacuse I worry that If I take a job at cash cheque store... I WILL Need to have specific certification which show in NOC list undeer the job description. And I dont have it.
