Need help for my dependent daughter

Im in a situation and dont know what to do. So please if anybody can help me let me know.

To start of, my wife and I are foreign workers and we have a daughter, 3 y/o, we have applied for permanent residency and upto now no news about exept that it was transferred to LA, consulate. Our work permit will expire in feb 11 2011 and same with my daughter's authorization to stay in canada. My wife is the main applicant and all our papers are based on her. We will be renewing our work permit soon and I dont know what to do with the authorization for my daughter. I dont know if we need to pay the $75 for her or not. She doesnt attend any school for now as she is 3 y/o. These are the few questions I have. My daughter hold an Irish passport. Pls advise me on what to do with daughter.

One of you includes her as dependent on your work permit when you apply for extension. Yes you pay the $75.
