need help for FSW in LAB TECHNICIAN CATEGORY....ADVISE PLEASE

hi all , i want to know that does lab technicians in india qulify for FSW categoy and if yes then pls let me know what title and NOC code..i will be appreciate your help..my sister has done Bsc from india and she has 9 years of work exprience..so just want to know if she qualifies..

1. If it is not on the List of 38, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/backgrounders/2008/2008-11-28a.asp she doesn't qualify for FSW1
2. Unless she is working in Canada on an approved work permit or has an approved job offer from a Canadian employer, she doesn't qualify for FSW2,3.
3. So either family stream in Alta, Man, Sask are probably her only options.

Check 4131 "college instructor" . If your job duties match the main duties of this category , go ahead.

your job is not in the 38 occupation list.

list has managers in healthcare but does not mention lab technicians

as PMM has said try other options like work permit.
