Can anyone share their experience during first Hearing/First Interview after BOC submission.

What they ask in interview??

and Can anyone tell the entire process from starting BOC till decision? Whats are the steps

I need to know about that. Your help will be really appreciated.

They will ask ask from your BOC. Stick to your BOC and qutestions associated with BOC.

Is your brother a genuine refugee? It appears as though his stay may have been motivated by joining you and your parents in Canada. Do you have any other siblings? It appears as though you got PR via express entry why wasn’t that an option for him? Would also warn you that his asylum case doesn’t have an impact on your parents PR application if they ever get selected for PGP but if can certainly have an impact on the supervisa application in the future. Assume there is a good chance he may be from India given your posts. Has your brother relocated to other regions of India to show that he is still in danger in all parts of India. Being able to show that there is nowhere in the whole country that is safe and proving that you have attempted to seek safety is part of the hearing called IFA. It is one of the major issues in many applications especially in larger countries.

In first interview after BOC, they just seize documents, do biometrics ,and no questions. In second interview , they give Brown paper and no any question. But you must remember story of BOC.

Brown paper is refugee ID.

The first step is to actually do research and speak to an immigration lawyer to see if applying for asylum in the first place. We see people realize later on that it is much harder to get asylum than they thought and it takes much longer to be processed. Some think that asylum is the fastest way to seek PR and are the impression that it is relatively easy to get approved and are unaware of the process and the potential drawbacks of applying for asylum if both approved or denied. People should work towards all other ways to secure status in Canada before applying for asylum unless their life is in immediate danger. Had your brother attempted to get a WP or study in Canada? Had he worked toward qualifying for express entry? Even if it takes some time applying for all these programs allow you to control the outcome while applying for asylum does not. Applying for asylum also can impact whether other family members will be able to secure temporary status in Canada because there will be concerns that other family members will also try to claim asylum. Many people are too quick to apply for asylum and then end up without status in Canada for 5-10+ years.
