If your degree says english medium then yes it would be acceptable else you need to get a lettee from your institute stating your medium of instruction was in english. Degree should say that it has been completed. Even after that its on cic's discretion whether they accept it or not.

2nd question, i am not too sure

Also CIC will determine that the course you have done is acceptable to them or not. I have seen people getting their application returned and they have discussed this on the forum

English - Your course medium of instruction should be English, assessments should be English and you should have completed the program. It also should be a post secondary education as well.

The citizenship application instructions clearly states that there should be a letter from institute stating that the language of instruction was english. If degree and transcripts are printed in english doesn't mean that the medium would also be in english.
Don't make any application, just get the letter from institute and send it along the degrees or you may get your application returned.

For section 9(E), it states that:

This section needs to be completed by the applicants choosing previos LINC results as proof of language.

If you have not done LINC, either you can write N/A or select No. However, I am not sure, I hope some experienced forum member can guide in this regard.

To be in the safe side do the Linc exam.

They will return the application if they didn't accept the degree as English proof

Secondary education in English or French also qualifies.

If the programme was not completed in a place which is obliviously English or French speaking (UK/Australia/NZ/USA/Ireland/Canada/etc or France/Belgium/French-speaking Africa/Mauritius/Réunion/etc) it's a good idea to provide independent verification stating the language of instruction (possibly an excerpt from the official, public, credible website or a letter from the school on official school letterhead.)

This is a helpful tool: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizenship/language.asp

You don't need to waste time and public resources taking a LINC class.

wht abt question 9 e :-\
any experience member out there?
Torontostar, I don't understand your confusion. Question 9 E specifically says: This sections needs to be completed by applicants choosing previous LINK results as proof of language.

Therefore, if YOU ARE choosing previous LINK results complete it.
If YOU ARE NOT using LINK results then don't complete it.

Seems pretty straightforward to me... no?
