NEED HELP FOR CANADIAN PERMANENT RESIDENCY

hi i have got a form in the mali for the canadian permanent residency and it says "in order to continue processing of your application, please comply with all the requests marked with a (check mark)

~ complefe imm8, schedule~a and imm5406
~ pay right of permanent residence fee
~ submit updated educational documents for ...

the problem is NONE of them are check marked it is just an empty box beside each request.....

What do i do? please help thank you

If i were in ur position i will call the call centre agent and ask them.

I don't knOw much but I have read that Canada has put a hold on parents sponsorship for 2 yrs . Check n make sure on their site

The call centre is a good suggestion. Or you can just provide all of this information again. You've already paid the Right of Permanent Residence fees? Are you sure?
