thanks for the information.
I applied for citizenship in 2012. I have been living in Canada since 2008 and have only been out of Canada 4months during the four year period.
I did not declare that I was out of town in 2011 for one month but I cannot remember if I entered it in the residence calculator.

Will they still refuse my application?

If you had included those days when you was absent in the residence calculator YES your application will be definitely refused....as knowingly or unknowingly you had misrepresented your self and provided false statement....by you doing that if you had added those days in the calculator you basically DO NOT meet the criteria to apply for Citizenship...plain and simple your application eventually will be refused....3-4 weeks is a long time dude...people often make that mistake just for one day and their applications are thrown out in your case its a long time. You have to meet the criteria (1096 days on the day you sign your application).

is there a way to check what i entered? I cannot access the database online and I can never get a hold of anyone by calling their hotline.
They also gave a suggested time to call, but from what I think, everybody who hears the message will call during that period, making it even more busy.

Would you suggest I complete the RQ with the detailed information? Or is there any way to resubmit the residence calculator results?

Well even if you had access to check your application status information of this sort is not mentioned online. You can try asking a CIC call center agent which i am very much sure wont answer this question of yours. I had already told you and provided you the links to request a copy of your file (GCMS).

You should submit your RQ regardless dude and there is NO way you can resubmit a new residence calculator with a previous application. In order to submit a new calculator you have to submit a new application. That means a whole new process all over again. You should submit RQ as you are not even sure if you made that mistake or not.

Hello OKK,

the PDF links you have provided me does not seem to be working.
You will be ordering under the "Access to Information Act". Forms can be found here:

Thank you very much for your helpful advice. Really appreciate it.
Can i request it myself? Or do I HAVE TO get somebody to request it on my behalf?
