Need guidance!

Hi all,

I filled in my EE profile but my CRS score was calculated to 0 and I got the ''you're ineligible'' message.

What can I do about this ? Might it be an error in the system?

Thanks

Well the first question is are you even eligible and have a minimum of 67 points? What is your profile - age, language (all 4 scores not average), educatio, work experienc.

Hi, i am getting the same error! I am very much eligible. Masters from the US , 15 years of experience and straight 12 on all sections in CELPIP. I did the eligibility tests before submitting the application. However, I just submitted the application, and I have a message in my account saying that I am ineligible -CRS score of 0! ANy idea?

You have an ECA for your masters? You say no to job offer, certification and nomination.

Hello! My profile is showing ineligible for express entry.
These are my details:

IELTS 7.5
ECA for Bachelor's degree complete
Age 30
Living in Nova Scotia since May 2019
Worked in a job from May 2020 to Jul 2020
And then another job with the same NOC from Sept 2020 till present (July 2021)
Have previous job experience in India for about 4 years.

Can anyone help me understand why is the score zero? Many thanks. :)

Yeah, I have worked equivalent of NOC code 2173 in India for 2 years and 10 months.
And in Canada in NOC 6552 and NOC 6513 for a collective total of 1 year.

You said your NOC was 0. Your Canadian experience NOCs are NOC C and are not eligible for Express Entry. You need NOC A, B or 0 jobs to be eligible. Take out your Canadian experience and then you may be eligible for FSW stream.

Oh wow, that's interesting. Coz I thought I needed a total of 1560 hours in the last year or equivalent.

Could you suggest a faster method of immigration for me, since I'm only interested in living in Nova Scotia?

If you get a year of work experience in NOC 6552, you may be eligible for the TR to PR pathway. With NOC C experience, you are not eligible for Express Entry - CEC stream. There is no fast way if you don’t have skilled experience. Look at the AIPP program but you need a job offer from a designated employer.

You need the 1560 hours but they must be under a NOC A, B or 0 occupation.
