**Need Help**Buffalo PPR:What all needs to be sent?

Hello All

I have recd the PPR(passport request) email from Buffalo and they have asked to provide the following:

-Passport
-Photos
-Note on Height and Eye Colour

can anyone let em know how do we need to provide this note for height and eye colour(will providing on a sheet of a paper suffice?)

I saw someone mentioning in this forum that apart from above:
1.they also send a form which needs to be filled in/signed and sent back
2.proof of funds
However the email received from Buffalo didn't ask anything out of 1 and 2 mentioned above..Based on your PPR experience,please let me know if Buffalo forgot to ask all these things

I will be sending my passports by courier to Buffalo-Plz mention anything which needs to eb taken care of at this point

Today I got my PPR request from Buffalo. They have sent me the same links as of you. How did you send your passport. Have you got it back? How long did it take for Buffalo to return your passport. Please advise me on this. I request you.

You can send you passport with USPS priority(cheaper) and include prepaid Express self addressed return envelope (expensive but it's overnight). It takes about 10 working days up and down.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH for you reply. Actually, I forgot to mention that I am in Canada now. So I will be using the Canadapost express? I am planning to send it on Monday. So it will take only 10 business days for my passport to return to me right? Please advise.
