I have completed B.Tech.(4 yr) from G.B. Pant University, Pantnagar, India and M.E.(2 yr) from Anna University, Chennai, India.
Am going to do my ECA from WES for Canada immigration program.

Can you please let me know that i have to send my both the degree for ECA or only one i.e. higher degree is enough?
Actually its little tough to get Btech degree.

Thank you for your response.

Highest qualification evaluation is fine. Get your other credential evaluated if they lead to an increase in your CRS score. e.g getting a Bachelors degree evaluated if your Masters was awarded a Canadian equivalency of Bachelors. This way you can score few extra points under "Two or more degree" category. However if your highest degree (say Masters) got correct Canadian equivalence (Master's) then getting your Bachelor's evaluated is needless.

Raj (@rajkamalmohanram) has also written a post on getting transcripts from Anna university : you can find more info here : https://rajtocanada.wordpress.com/2015/07/28/how-to-get-transcripts-from-anna-university-chennai-for-wes/

Thanks You all for fast response.
Then you don't need the Bachelor's evaluation.
