Need help: Around 30 airbnb addresses in last 3 years!

Hi, I am applying for citizenship application. I have two questions:

1. I provided a friend’s address for PR card but stayed at an airbnb. Since, Airbnb was temporary. I have airbnb receipts. Should I mention friends address or airbnb address? Will not mentioning friends address be an issue?

2. I lived at around 30 different places(mostly airbnbs in the first 6 months) and then apartment and houses over the past 3 years. Will it be an issue to mention 30 different addresses? They were all in Canada in the same province but I moved around a lot to try out new places within the same city!

How would they ever know you weren’t staying at your friends address in that time?

@jamezmoran well, i dont have any payment receipts to show from my friends place in case of RQ. How would I show I was staying at my friends place?

1. You should specify where you actually stayed and considered your primary residence. I don't think it matters where you'd asked your PR card to be sent. I'd be very surprised if they care about those things.

2. Again, you should specify the address where you actually considered your home. It doesn't matter how many are there. I personally don't think they care about the number either but even if they did, I don't think you have a choice.

If I were staying at a hotel for like 3 days in between my moves, I probably won't add the 3-day stay as a separate residential address but if I were moving frequently without a specific permanent destination in mind, I'd just write all of them.

It's very likely they've seen a lot of applications with frequent moves given the housing situation, so I wouldn't waste any time worrying about it. It's not a crime to move frequently.

Just wanted to add, if at all you're worried, just add a note on a cover letter saying, you initially found it a little difficult to find a permanent accommodation within your available resources that also allows access to your workplace (if applicable) etc... and you've included the list of all temporary accommodation for the sake of completeness... etc etc

This is what I would do. It's also perfectly ok to not include any note. I don't think there's any correct or wrong answer here.
