Hi All,
Please advise me what to do!

Is is possible to submit another CSQ application while regular application currently under processing.

I am thinking because my current application is taking too long for processing and my current PGWP is going to be expired on Aug/2017. I submitted my regular application on March/2016. Since it is taking too long I am considering MIDI will gonna reject me.

Please advise me.

Thanks a lot

Are you eligible for PEQ? Did you score B2 in French exam Speaking and Listening section ?

thank you for your response!

not yet. but one of the lawyer verified all of my docs and said that he will gonna assist me to get CSQ within few weeks. I asked how it is possible without french language. He replied me that he knows some other ways to get that.

what do you think?
should I trust him for help while I am waiting for regular CSQ application result considering the time frame?
what should I do if MIDI takes more time?

I am seriously in dangerous situation!

Thanks.

Recently MIDI invited few PEQ applicants , which had already received their CSQ, for interview. Looks like MIDI is trying to close a loophole where PEQ applicants would submit PEQ applications along with French course completion certificate from Quebec colleges even though they did not have B2 level proficiency.

Check relevant discussion here:
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/quebec-skilled-worker-federal-stage-after-csq-t298038.7890.html

BUT Desperate times call for desperate measures. Go ahead with your lawyer but make sure you do not get into trouble later. If you have any doubts just call MIDI Customer care and ask them if procedure your lawyer is following is legal and acceptable.

Going back to your original Q

Is is possible to submit another CSQ application while regular application currently under processing.
I believe NO.

BUT

PEQ requires proof of B2 level French proficiency. Once you have B2 level French proficiency proof send a mail to MIDI along with cover letter + French proficiency proof requesting MIDI to upgrade your application from Regular to PEQ.

I believe we had similar situation last year and QSW applicant decided to add French proficiency proof to existing application. Most probably , we discussed this situation in this thread:

thanks a lot.

I verified him, is a immigration consultant with current license number on the Canadian ICCRC list.

What types of trouble may I have if He want to assist me to get CSQ in any other ways?
