Hi, my mom came to Canada to visit my family 7 years ago. She held a multiple-entry visitor visa. We were so happy she could come to visit us. And she took care of my kid when I was working. At that time my kid was on the waitlist of daycare. We hoped my mom could stay until my kid went to the daycare. However, the wait time of going to a daycare was much longer than we expected.
We made a wrong decision. When it was close to 180 days staying in Canada, we drove to states and took a trip for 8 days. Then we drove back Canada. My mom was denying to entry into Canada at the border, and signed on a paper " allowed to leave Canada ".
Now we want to invite her to visit us and she need apply a visitor visa. My question is :
1, Will my mom's application get rejected because she was denying to entry into Canada 7 years ago?
2, My dad wants to submit the application with my mom together. If my mom's application got rejected, will my dad's application got rejected at same time?
3, Is it better to submit my parents' application separately?
Thank you!
