Need Help: Application for Child Passport born Abroad - Glitch in Application Form? (Screenshot Attached)

Hi

I am trying to fill out "PPTC 042 - Child Abroad Passport Application" obtained here:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/canadian-passports/child-passport/abroad.html

I am experiencing some difficulty in completing "Section 6: Declaration of Guarantor" - specifically the address field for the guarantor. In other sections of the form, the "country" field is completed via a drop-down. In this section, it is limiting me to only two characters. Additionally, it has an incorrect format requirement for the postal code - please see the screenshot attached.

Is anyone else facing this error? I am using Adobe Acrobat. Any help is appreciated.
