Hi, Please I Need Help! My status here is a protected person I got the decision of the judge in February /2020 and in the same month I applied for PR and till now I did t get it. I applied for a Refugee Travel Document (RTD) I received and I booked my flight for April 15/2022 but I m not sure if I can re-enter Canada again with the RTD or I need to apply for PRTD!!!!!!??? Please if someone can answer me with some details!! What do I have to do, please!!

RTD is good to go and back to Canada no issue with it;; you don't need to apply for PRTD ..

First, thank you so much for your help The IRCC never answer the phone and I went to the office they don t have the answer they asked me to call Canadian Border Services and I called Canadian Border Services They asked me to call IRCC(((

You can stay as long as you want provided your RTD is Valid to travel back and you have not acquired residence in another country.
