Need help/alternative to leave letter document from companh!

I am applying for my wife and kid's visitor visa(i am on a student visa here).
The issue is my wife is not able to get the leave letter from her company...HR is saying that we will not give any official letter for personal travel not even a leave letter.

I read that it is mandatory and several immigration agencies i talked to said the same thing that without this document consider your file rejected...none of the immigration consultants i talked to know the alternative to this.

You are my last hope!

How long is their visit?

Letter is not mandatory but she needs to prove ties to return since you are in Canada. So if she doesn’t have letter then she needs to show business, investment properties or not include child in application. Child is tie to return.

Good point, i will discuss it with the current agent. Her stay will be not more than 15 days.
