Need Help/ Advice ....Please

Hello everyone ,

I really need help , I am stuck in Canada from almost 8 Years . I made refuge claim in 2007 it got declined . I did PRRA and it was failed as well , I have removal order but I don't have passport at all and Indian embassy is not giving me passport or travel document to travel back home ( India )as per Embassy they don't give any services to refugee claimant . Can anyone please suggest me good lawyer in Edmonton or some way where I can issue passport or travel document . CBSA is waiting for my travel document from 2 years . I really wants to go back to see my family . Please HELP if anyone know any kind of option. I don't want to stay I want to go to India to see my family .

Without passport how you came to Canada?

It's almost 7 years now... Did you try to apply PR under humanitarian and compassionate grounds?

Try and see a good Immigration Lawyer.After staying in Canada for so long,there might be something you can cling on to apply for a stay especially, since your country is not willing to issue you a travelling paper or Passport.I know a number of Countries in Europe that once you can prove that you've lived in their Country years ie 7 without any crime, either illegal or not you automatically qualifies for a residence Permit

@kriv : I am applying for HNC next week . I didn't do it coz I wanted to go home and didn't want to stay in canada anymore ...
