Need help...about form IMM 5556

hI,

I am starting the process to apply as Skilled Professional to Canada.

I have downloaded all the Pdf files. But i did not find Documents check list form IMM 5556...

Like i am first trying to complete documents check list then move to other part.....

Help me to full fill all the requirments to apply...

P.S. It's not IMM 5556, it's IMM 5612 E.

Dear friend ! If you are applying as Federal Skilled worker, then you have to collect documents according to

IMM 5612E. If you want to apply temporary work permit, then you have to go by IMM5556 .
