Need help. A weird case.

Hi,

Long time lurker on this forum. It's a great place for the information.

I'm in a situation right now. I'm an SINP holder. I got my SINP on the last 90th day of the restoration period. I applied for my work permit after 2 days. Now my closed WP was rejected stating that I was over my 90 days and I got a letter stating that I have to leave the country. I end up overstaying the Visa for 3 months.

I'm in US now. My PR is in process. I applied for a TRV from here but it got rejected on the basis of "any history of contravening the conditions of admission on a previous stay in Canada"

Where should i go from now on. If I don't go back. My job will be lost and it could affect my PR application.

I already have the SINP and Work permit recommendation letter from them as well.

I'm thinking of going for a TRP at regway, Saskatchewan. My Work permit recommendation letter from SINP and nomination both expires on 17th october. I really don't know why they rejected my TRV. I had all the documents in place. I told them. It was an honest mistake.
