My sister is a Canadian national and wants to apply for supervisa for parents. But she a house wife and not working at any job. Kindly guide me from whom invitation of the super visa should be. Will it be from my sister's husband or just from my sister? Because I have confusion regarding this point because T3 and T4 and other tax documents will be on my brother-in-law.

No, you can only sponsor your own parents and grandparents. If you want to co-sign your in-law's application, your spouse or partner must be the one who received an invitation to apply as a sponsor.
Thank you for the reply. So it means that invitation should be from my sister alone? And what about the income part as my sister is not doing any job.

Your sister writes the letter, and include her spouse’s NOA showing LICO for the number of people in your family. Her spouse is co-signing. Parents need to take a medical, pass it and buy a year of travel/health insurance.
