Need Guidance... - PR and Restoration

Hi there,

I have positive LMIA, I applied for work permit as an inland applicant but they have refused my application. And meanwhile my PR application is in process. Recently, my lawyer has submitted status reforestation for me and my spouse. Documents will reach to concerned department by Monday or Tuesday. And yesterday I have got request letter from CIC regarding PR application as per below.

"This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:
 110xxxxxxx - Daughter Name menioned. (She is Canadian Age less than 2 Years)
 Family Member Proof of Status: A copy of your family member's citizenship or immigration status document (e.g. passport or Permanent Resident Card – please copy both sides). This must be received at this office by: 2017/06/09"

Kindly suggest me, actually what they are asking? Do they need Canadian Passport Copy of my daughter or status documents for mine and my spouse?

And Restoration application will affect to my PR application?

You should have her birth certificate right?
You can submit that. If you also have a Canadian passport for her, the biodata page will suffice.
I submitted both for my kid too, less than 2 years.
Nobody can guarantee that restoration won't affect your PR but you can stay positive and hope for the best. People have been refused visas before and still got PR.
Juse hope for the best.

I did mistake, I was little confused that, me and my spouse are out of status so they are asking our details.
Is it any negative side?

Can we resubmit? I submitted through email only.

Please guide for same.

I don't think that's a problem. You did more than what was requested and not less.

Hi dear,
I had same situation like you. After restoration I have applied for 3 times for visitor and my work permit based on Lima was refused and also EE also refused and also applied second time for PR. I have 2 daughters and submitted same passports and BC. Don't worry everything will be alright.
