I got biometric Correspondence letter 6 days before but I have not heard anything about my final decision. I have applied student visa through online Gckey acount. Can anyone tell me is it normal or what ?

We have seen some cases where applicants receive BVL but not PPR. All you can do is wait and see. If it takes too long then consider raising a webform.

i think this happens when an application needs a final review. then it will take some time. in some cases. it take some time to issue PPR i know many people who received BVL but without PPR when they rised webforms. IRCC told them to wait their passport requests.
