hi all

i just want to know that do i have to get 67 points for fsw, in order to apply for express entry if i am applying with a pnp???

i want to apply for oinp human capital stream and crs points calculator shows that i have 406 pts. do i need to qualify for fsw in this case???

The OINP site states

You must qualify for one of two CIC economic immigration programs: the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) or the Canadian Experience Class (CEC).

So you have to qualify for FSW to be eligible for OINP Human Capital Stream.

Yes .. when you apply for PNP Nomination, they will ask your Express Entry Profile that is eligible . To become eligible in EE you must have 67 points criteria .
