Need Expert Help Regarding PNP PR application

Hello Everyone,

I am curious about my file, i will explain in detail about the situvation. i have applied for PR on Ecnomic class based on Provincial Nominee Program through Representative. As per his statement the file is being sented on July 25. But still i havnt recieved any AOR based on . I have no idea where my file is. I called the cic and asked about the file. Even they have no idea about it. I just want to know if they have returned my application, if at all they have returned the application should it be stated in my Client ID. As the Cic call center couldnt find any information regarding that as well.


Is it possible for a long processing. I am an Inland Applicant.

I'm so Sorry to hear that!!!
But wait... Breath, keep calm, think and strategically act...

Question:

1.: When you sent your file, did u request for the signature from who received it at cic?
2.: did u call them? What did they tell you ?
3.: did you already contacted the province that nominated you? (R u SINP NOMINEE?)
4.: did you contact an immigration lawyer?

As lawyer says the file is being sented to cic on july 25. He only sented the file. I contacted him and he said to wait for AOR. I didnt contacted the PNP office as i dont know if they can do something about this issue. I applied on MPNP. All i want to know is will it show on my Client ID if the Cic has returned the application . Also is it normal for a long processing for AOR

If I were you I would go and talk personally with MINP and explain your situation and see what they can do to help you! For sure they have a contact at CIC.
About the time is taking for them to send you the AOR, I really don't know but I already saw another person that sent her/his file in July and they just got AOR. I don't remember in which forum I saw it!
It's a very stressful wait.... Be positive!!!

I'm not an expert but base on your situation and on all of experiences ive seen here in the forum, this is most of the problem when you have a third party like a lawyer that sent the application for you. If you use a third party CIC will give the AOR to the person you authorize e.g. that lawyer you are talking about so he/she should be the one giving you notice about AOR not CIC directly because they are going to communicate with the person you authorized. You need to phone that lawyer and follow up, but just in case you already have AOR but that lawyer just didn't inform you you can check the status of your application thru http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/my_application/status.asp just enter your client ID or UCI birthday and country of birth. I know most of july applicants already received their AOR. Since you are not the one who sent the application it's your representatives problem now you paid them, they should return the service even with follow ups.

Who is a representative?

A representative is someone who provides advice, consultation, or guidance to you at any stage of the application process, or in a proceeding and, if you appoint him or her as your representative by filling out this form, has your permission to conduct business on your behalf with Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

You are not obliged to hire a representative. We treat everyone equally, whether they use the service of a representative or not.

When you appoint a representative:

you also authorize CIC and CBSA to share information from your case file with this person in place of you. Please note the representative will receive all correspondence from CIC or the CBSA, not the applicant;
your application will not be given special attention nor can you expect faster processing or a more favourable outcome;
the representative is authorized to represent you only on citizenship or immigration matters related to the application you submit with this form; and
you can appoint only one (1) representative for each application you submit.

call the cic call centre regarding your issue
they might misplaced your file. u supposed to
get your aor within 3-4 months.dont delay.
do as u can like mail to cic case processing centre
and first of all call cic. good luck

I checked with the lawyer he says its says on the account my application is being returned . Buts its after 3 months, and he hasnt received the file and stated that it might take 10-15 business days . Is that normal. I smell fishy in this . what you guys say about this
