Need Expert Guidance Regarding Funds. Experts Help..!!!

hey,
Now i had decided to apply for visa under general category for Jan intake.Now if my parent add 8-9 lacks at one instance in this month then is there need to show the proof of these funds in future. Cause money would be six month old if we add now and aplly in november for jan intake. Please guide me i still got six months to manage funds. UNiversity fees is 24000$ and i would be taking 16 lkh loan.

hi,
general category (university) and spp is almost same but in general you need to show ITRs

NO need to show six month old funds it can be one month old ......and even if you didnt show bank statement you will get visa but for this you need to take loan equal or more than one year fees + living expenses + travel

But i had heard from many consultants and in this forum and even on cic website its mentioned show 4 month old bank statement.
so please guide me if add money now will i need to show proof of these funds in future.for jan intake.

If you are going to prove your financial capabilities (1st year fees + living cost+other) by taking loan then no need to maintain 4 month old bank statement

Actaully my fees is 24000+1000+2000{fess ,liing exp ,airfare}=36000 $
so we are taking loan of 16 lk and apart for that we are trying to show as much funds we can..I got your point but still we have genuine our own money but no source of that money ..so if we add those 8-9 lk in account ...so we dont need to show any proof in future..We just want to be on safe side and make case little stronger .

I need some clarification on applying for student visa....!!!

First of all can some one please suggest me about submitting the bank documents for 4 months...is this bank statements that include the total cost of money for the college fee and the cost of living for last 4 months....or just only statements...!!!!! I started from last month with including the funds...!!!!

I am applying in general category...for visa...I am working in london..but citizen of India. Is there any other routes I support myself apart from the loans from bank...!!!!

Second one....One my cousin is permanent resident in the same place...can he sponsor me for the visa??? If he can....then please suggest me what are the documents that I need to submit.

Yes they can ...but belevie me in very rere case
My father never paid ITrs but for the sake of visa he paid tax and secondly my mom is in hong kong so i showed the contract paper of mom
and total income of my family was 5.5 to 6 lacs

Hi Guri,
Pardon my ignorance, by ITR I assume you mean one has to show Income Tax Returns - of how many years?
Also who needs to show the tax returns? In our case would it be the person applying for the VISA (i.e. my brother-in-law)?

ITRs is needed to show the income of your family and how sound you are in finance..
All the family member can show their income tax returns AND you can also show salary slips , contract papers to show the regular income and the financial strength of your family to Visa officer...
