Ok so now Im confused after reading your response here and on the FSW thread,

Did you claim points for Co-op? (Because that doesn't count as experience)

Did you claim points for work outside Canada? (maybe that is what they cant find proof of)

If you claimed points for job inside Canada then you need to let them know what job you are claiming points for (make sure to give all your proof for that job and calculate both your FSW and ITA scores to be sure you are in line)

Your letter states CEC, if you got an invite for FSW, let them know that their letter is incorrect ( that will set the initial mood for false accusation on their part and then convince them with your added documentation, dont forget to attach your ITA as proof)

Also attach a screen shot of your company search on google to disabuse them of that claim of not finding your office on external sources.

I mention my co op experience and i know cannot claim points on that. I just mention those co op experience because i don't want to hide anything. May be this thing made them more confuse. I mentioned everywhere in my letters that this is co op term.

I claimed my work experience outside Canada (i mentioned it) but they can't find my Canadian experience. They didn't talked about my home country experience anywhere in the letter.

Also, do our FSW experience needs to be within 10 years? which was in my case.

Just trying to think what could be the mistakes on my part :-\ And realized when i mention my co op terms may be that got included in my CRS points. I have 2 years of work experience but still this mistake can make be ineligible now. Its my bad. i did mention everywhere possible that its my co op terms. How can i fix it now?

I don't want to do it all over again. Please suggest. I have not done it intentionally. What are my options now?

My application came in old system first and now this think after 4 months. I should have hired lawyer because i think i made them confuse with my co op terms

If you claimed work experience outside Canada only, then your co-op is not included since that was in Canada.

If you claimed points for your Canadian experience as well then you need to take away your co-op experience, recalculate your points and find out if you are still eligible, depending on the cut off during your round of invitation.

So if i calculate my points now again. Do i calculate based on date of application or now? Because my work experience has increased to 2 years whereas when i applied it was 1 year

You need to recalculate your score based on the minimum score for the round you received your ITA.
