need expert advice!please help! anyone faced this?

hello all .

does anyone know if we can create multiple profiles for EE. I had made 2 and the ITA on the second one has disappeared for some reason.
I had to make one because the employ details were mistaken on the first one. advise please?
or is it just a normal glitch that i cannot see the ITA on the account since CIC ?

If I remember correctly from your previous posts, you not only had two profiles, you also had two ITAs (one for the first and another for the second), and you did not decline the first ITA before starting a new profile.

I guess it goes without saying that CIC does not want the same person to have multiple profiles or (even worse) multiple ITAs. That defeats the point of the system.

Now, whether or not their processes are good enough to catch this and they removed your ITA for this reason, I don't know. It is possible, but I would have expected some sort of notification if this was the case.

The other explanation is that it may be a system glitch for whatever reason.

Your only option is to get in contact with CIC to find out. Send them a technical support request, which is usually answered quicker than CSEs.

For the record: if you have made a mistake in your profile that you think is grave enough that you don't want to accept the ITA, the best way is to decline that ITA. Your profile becomes editable again and you can make the changes you wish.

I honestly escapes me why you decided to create a second profile in parallel.

thanks done that but still thinking whether or not should i keep my hopes up for an ita cuz technically i dont have an ita.
sounds grave but third profile...?? may be ? what u think

Have 1 active profile, withdraw all other profiles. If you have a 470+ CRS, you'll probably get an ITA in every single draw.
