Need Expert advice on name change on PR card

Hi,

On my child Indian passport, there is no surname.
Full name came as the GIVEN NAME . On canadian PR it came as only the surname.

I want to get it fix, as it creates so many problems without the first name.
I need expert advice, how to get it done

1. Only one choice, and that is a legal name change. Many PRs have only a surname on their COPR.

What legal name change document is accepted, do I need to take the court order
