Need expert advice for this mail

Results of studies in Canada up to the conclusion of the current semester.

My question is that which results they want me to send i have not studied in canada i have sent my all educational documents which is from pakistan.. n they dont mention my husband's result... what should i do either i clear them that im havnt studied in canada so i dnt have any current semester result or i send my husband's current result who is student in Montreal .. my friends suggest that i should clear them . I shouldnt send any document which is not required... kindly guide me its urgent i have only 10 days left

It's hard to read your language well plus you did not specify your full case.

So we can only infer some info based upon your description.

It looks you applied for a TRV based upon your spouse currently studying in Canada.

So simply attach both i.e. write a cover letter that states

a) I have never studied in Canada and here are the things from home country
b) Provide last semester results of your spouse who is studying in Canada. Those are what CIC is asking for.

Im having problem in understanding what they want... they want my current semester result or my husband's ... and what should i send if they want my result .. ??

It says pretty clearly "Results of studies in Canada up to the conclusion of the current semester."

Only your spouse is studying in Canada so it is his results they are talking about. Logically that is the primary requirement of a SOWP which is dependent on a student.
