I'm a Canadian, applying to sponsor my Korean wife for Permanent Residency in Canada.

On one of the application forms, there is a space where I need to put my current employer --name, address, salary etc. <--is this all that is required when applying through the Family Class? Or do I need to supply documented/translated proof of my employment/pay, etc.

Additional related question: What if my monthly salary has changed dramatically (60% change) in the past 12 months? Do I write 2 separate salaries with corresponding dates, or take the average, or what?

Read page two of the checklist...it lists the other things you need to provide: Notice of Assessment from recent tax year, copies of T4, letter from employeer, etc. . .
