I have applied through VFS Global, Bangladesh at 27th November, 2012 and the application reached Singapore high commission at 3rd December. I got rejected on 13th December, 2012.
They have shown the following reasons:
-Purpose of visit
-Travel history
-Not sufficient assent and financial ability
My Profile: BBA and MBA with CGPA 3.12 and 3.67. I have 6 yrs work experience in telecommunication Company in Bangladesh and currently I am working as a Manager, Corporate Sales.
Course: Post Graduate Diploma in HR (May 2013 intake), University of Winnipeg, Manitoba. I choose this course bcoz I am leading a team of 15 people right now and People management is the most vital part of my job description.

Since you are already a MBA, so ask yourself one question......
"Which one is a higher qualification; MBA or a Post Graduate Diploma in HR?"
If you know the answer, it means you understand your refusal. To write any letter to CHC is "totally" a waste of time.
