Need Consultation for TRV and TRP...Any Immigration Lawyers in the Forum

Hi DO we have any VIP or Hero members who are actually Immigration Lawyers and can be consulted for information on applying for TRV and TRP for a family member who wants to visit and has pending criminal cases (still under trial) against him.

Any recommendation or guidance would be appreciated.
 
Can recommend a Law firm based on Personal experience but unsure of your situation going through

I'm not aware of any who are.

If there is a criminal case pending, that individual needs to apply for a TRP since they would be inadmissible to Canada at this time.

The family member did apply earlier in 2017 for TRV and successfully got it and visited here also while the cases were still there and were declared in the TRV application. But the visa has expired and needs to be reapplied.

However since TRV applications are very random at times and its difficult to predict a result, i thought its better to consult someone before moving ahead.

Maybe its just my mind overthinking.

If you think it's better to consult someone, then you'll need to hire an immigration lawyer.
