Hi,

I am looking forward to applying under express entry program and need your suggestions.
1. WES: Couriered docs today
2. English: IELTS(L-8, R-8, W-7, S-8)
3. Experience 1: 3 yrs - 10 M (Asst. Prof in an engineering college affiliated to JNTU) - NOC(4021)
Experience 2: 8 Months (Software Engineer in an IT company) - NOC(2174)
4. Proof of funds: Started accumulating funds
5. Age: 30 (DOB: 13/06/87)

Query 1: is the 4021 right NOC code for my experience 1?
Query 2: Somehow I am not comfortable with my experience 1 employer as I am sceptical about how they respond to the immigration based on their response to few of my colleagues. However, the CRS score with this profile is 464 and for my experience 2 it will be 439. Which one should I go for?
Query 3: How many days we have to maintain the required balance before launching the visa?
Query 4: Could we have two active express entry profiles concurrently? if so what are the possible pros and cons?
Query 5: How difficult is clearing TEF which should yield me 10 pts?
Query 6: Do you guys could see any other areas where I could increase my score other than IELTS as it is very expensive for me and time taking.

Thanks, guys!! looking forward to hearing different perceptions

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
1 - Sure, assuming it fits your duties/responsibilities.
2 - If you do not include your "experience 1" your profile will be ineligible until you complete a year of continuous work experience (i'm assuming you are a FSW applicant) with "experience 2"
3 - No such requirement. As long as you can explain the source of the funds (if deposited within 6 months before you submit your application) it will be fine.
4 - Two profiles as the principal applicant you mean? It is against immigration law but people don't seem to care.
5 - Hard to say without knowing your French level.
6 - No need to do anything to improve your score if you manage to get a reference letter for your "experience 1"

Hi Del,

Glad for your detailed reply.

3 - I am planning to get money from my father account to my personal account (total $12500/-). He will get this money through a bank loan.
Now my query is what docs I need to submit as POF?

1. My bank account statement.
2. Covering letter from bank
anything else?
do we need to intimate the Immigration on how my father accumlated this money? if they ask, do they accept if we show the loan as the pof?

thanks in advance
