Need clarification Re: RPRF Fee

Just want to clarify the payment option for RPRF. I want to send a bank draft and just wondering who do I make it payable to. Is it consulate general of Canada or Receiver General For Canada?

You have to write your application number on the back of bank draft.

Either way but mine was canadian dollars. but it say's on the letter 490 Canadian or American dollars.

Im crazzzy waiting for my passport. The problem is i didn't enclose a return prepaid envelope and they will send it to me thru regular mail and no tracking number. Im a march applicant too.

Yes you are right it will come though regular mail. From what I have seen ppl get is within couple weeks of Status change . You should be getting it soon.
