Need clarification on work experience

Hi,
I worked as a preschool teacher (NOC 4214)from April 1st 2014 till March 20th 2015 with 35 working hrs per week.The consultant says since I didn't work till March 31st ,I am short of 10 days to meet the one year experience requirement.But my total working hours exceed 1560 hrs..Please clarify.

Read this, it clearly says 12 months

Minimum requirements
Skilled work experience
Your work experience must be:

• in the same type of job as your primary NOC
• within the last 10 years
• paid work (volunteer work, unpaid internships don’t count)
• at skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2016 National Occupational Classification (NOC)
• at least 1 year (1,560 hours total / 30 hours per week), continuous:
  • full-time at 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
  • equal amount in part-time: 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
  • full-time at more than 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)

as per my experience, I would only complete 1year this July 31st, but b4 the last draw, I got my work experience points by the first week of june, after a lot of digging I understood that I had mentioned 40hr/week and so it calculated that I had completed my 1 year.
so I would advise you to put in your experience and see if you get your points.

I have another experience..From Dec 2009 to May 2011..It is 27.5 hrs per week..Will that help?

you can, but you need to explain as to why the gap in your work experience.
