Need clarification on MPNP

Dear Sir/Madam.

I want to get clarification from you about points.

My sibling real sister is Manitoba Permanent resident, i know i will get 200 Points for that close relative .
My sister's husband's maternal aunt is also PR in Manitoba , can i get the additional 50 points for that also ? so total can i get 250 points for my both relatives ???.


My second question is .

I have one and half year work experience in india & further two and half years experience in Gulf , will my experience as total 1.5 + 2.5 equal to 4 years , or it will be counted as the 3 yeas only as 1 plus 2 round figure. is the months also counted for work experience or only years ?.

You will only get 200pts for that relative thingy.. its not accumulative as what you thought.

For your work exp. I guess its counted as 4

Dear Sir,
Can you please tell me WHEN CAN I CREATE MY PROFILE ON THE MPNP WEBSITTE ?. because on date 30 November 2015, it will be full one year as permanent resident to my relative in manitoba.
should i create my mpnp profile in December or before to that i can create ?.
