Need Clarification on employment reference documents & FBI report

Hello,

I am in the process of uploading all the documents and have questions about Employment documents.

1. Do we have to submit pay-stubs from all the employers?
I have worked in the US for over 4 years and have W2's from all my employers and reference letters back to 2010. I don't have all the pay-stubs but can find a few for each employer to attache it to the file. Is that ok? Or should I just stick to the reference letters and W2's?

2. On one of the employment reference letter the employer has mentioned an Hourly rate instead of annual salary. Will this be a problem?
The sentence used in the letter "XXnameXX was employed with YYYY company in a full time capacity at $$/hr adn 37.5 hrs/week"

3. I lived in different states in US and applied for FBI report. Do we need this report from every state I lived in or just one FBI report will do? Also, what s the validity of FBI report?

As far as work experience letters are concerned you only need to get a reference letter for the jobs you are claiming CRS points. That is the only job you mention in the 'Work Experience' section of the EE profile while the others go in 'Personal History' and you don't have to provide proofs for those. For example, I have been working in my latest job for 3 years and this is the only job I will claim points for so I will mention it in the 'Work Experience' section and all the other prior jobs I have held can go in the 'personal history' section and I won't need any proof of those.

As far as pay stubs are concerned, I think you only need pay stubs for work experience in Canada. This is based on my study of the CIC website and these forums.

The FBI Identity history covers all of the USA so you don't need more than one for all of your time in the United States.

THe FBI report I have was issued in July 2015. Is it still valid?

IF it's not valid, can I still submit with an explanation letter and apply for a new one?

If you stayed in US after the FBI report was issued, then its not valid. But if you got the FBI report after you left US, then its valid.

If its not valid, then apply for new one immediately since its takes 4-5 months to get the FBI Summary Check. You can attach receipt and proof of delivery to the LOE.

I didn't visit US after the FBI report was issued. So I am safe then. I can use the one issued in July 2015. Thats a relief .
