i with my family (wife and 2 kids of 6,7 years) will come to Vancouver on early October. we need an apartment/basement with walking distant to school. in Vancouver, port moody or surrey. also advice me what is the best area to settle in and around Vancouver?

For family with young kids, i would suggest Tri-cities and not in Vancouver as downtown seems like it is a vibrant and energetic place for the youngsters.

My daughter is 4 years old and we moved to Coquitlam and now Port Moody to call our home as this is the perfect place for her to grow up in as it is a less populated and more space for her to grow up in.
