Hi Asivad,

I have received the ITA and need your guidance with the following information:

1. My spouse does not have Canadian work experience but has Indian work experience. Therefore, I have not received any points for it. However, I am being asked to upload spouse’s all job responsibilities letter for all employments of last 10 years. Would providing documents such as experience letter, relieving letter, compensation letter etc. be sufficient or do I need to get the job responsibilities letter issued from all employers just like primary applicant? Or, is it advisable to delete spouse’s work experience as it is not affecting the score?

2. I have a home loan from a different bank where I do not have savings account, do I need to declare it? If I declare it, will this affect my application?

3. Can we show provident fund, public provident fund, employee provident fund etc. also in finances?

4. Can we show our property also in assets? If yes, what all documents should be provided?

5. Will my spouse’s finances be also considered, FD, bank, balances etc?

Thanks in anticipation.

Simply uploading any available document would suffice - you won't get points anyways. Or you can choose to delete everything from Work history section thereby saving time and effort for yourself and the assessing officer.

2. I have a home loan from a different bank where I do not have savings account, do I need to declare it? If I declare it, will this affect my application?

No. No difference to your PR application.

3. Can we show provident fund, public provident fund, employee provident fund etc. also in finances?

rajkamalmohanram connected with NDVO and they replied in the affirmative. Haven't had any other confirmation on this front.

4. Can we show our property also in assets? If yes, what all documents should be provided?

No.

5. Will my spouse’s finances be also considered, FD, bank, balances etc?

If the PA's name is on it, Yes.

Thanks in anticipation.

Hi Asivad,

Reg. point 2, my bank statement of Saving account which I am submitting as a fund proof shows the home loan EMI deducted every month. Then, will this not be a problem if I don't declare it as it is appearing in bank statement every month?

Please suggest.

Thanks,
Jai

No, as long as current balance is > LICO (at the time of processing)

The Immigration officer will also check your latest statement at the time of landing for current balance > LICO

Please can someone help clarify my issue below.

Before ITA I have filled my spouse work experience, but we are unable to get the reference letter from one of his former employer after ITA.

Is it safe to remove my spouse foreign work experience from the profile considering the fact that i will be using his FD as POF though I am the primary applicant?
